No hidden fees: advertising and marketing are included in a flat commission rate, with no upfront payment required. This rate covers all credit card processing fees and ensures a successful estate or downsizing sale.

When deciding on the commission percentage, TIME is the key consideration.

We offer a free "walkthrough" to evaluate the personal property based on the above criteria and to understand your situation and expected timeline. Most clients ultimately want to either maximize profits from items or dispose of them quickly to clear the home or property. The walkthrough does not obligate you to sell with us.

Our fee is a one-time, all-inclusive commission, a percentage of the total auction proceeds and is predetermined when signing a contract with clients. The rate depends on various factors, such as the property's location, the amount of personal property to be sold, its condition, and the sale timeline.

After the walkthrough, we can provide an accurate, all-inclusive fee (commission) with no hidden charges. Our fee covers:

1. Sorting, lotting, and photographing all items

2. Uploading lot photos into the software, then creating titles and descriptions for each lot

3. Communicating with you about our progress and answering any questions you may have throughout the process

3. Managing the preview and live online sales, answering bidder questions, etc.

4. Organizing items for pickup and overseeing the pickup process, including collecting all monies owed

If you choose our auction firm to host your sale, we will prepare a contract that all other relevant parties must sign. We can do this on the day of the walkthrough or later. We offer free digital contract signing, including for out-of-state clients.
