JUST TWO "OLD SOULS" WHO LOVE TREASURE
We're Ed and Kim, and our journey as "two old souls" started nearly 40 years ago with a mutual passion for treasure hunting. We were both born and raised in Northeast Ohio (Akron)—we met in high school and married in college. We've been in the reselling industry on various online platforms for over 25 years, so online auctions and helping people "rehome" their treasures felt like a natural progression. We obtained our online auction firm license in 2023 and first hosted our auctions on Alliance Auctions Online, then J&K Estate Sales, and now host them on HiBid. We have a small (but mighty!) staff, including our adult daughter Mare and close family friends.
Before starting our online auction business, we both worked in a corporate environment. Ed was an industrial engineer, and I worked in auditing, quality control and business communications. We bring our knowledge of processes, efficiency, quality, and customer service, as well as our passion for keeping as many treasures out of the landfill as possible, to our auction business. In our spare time, we enjoy traveling, spending time with our granddaughters, and chasing around our dachshunds. We are committed to delivering a superior online auction experience for our clients and customers through a process-oriented, customer-driven approach.
